The location provided easy access to main attractions. The room included a super shower and signature amenities, which I liked a lot. The staff was friendly. They helped me with everything I needed. I used the pool and spa and really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere after busy days.
The dim lighting in the elevators made it difficult to see the buttons. I wish there were brighter lights there.

the location is amazing. it is a quick walk to everything or you can hop on a streetcar or train, so convenient! the staff was very friendly and helpful (always a plus!). our room was quite spacious and comfortable.
the hotel doorman seemed a bit pushy in recommending taxis over uber.

the indoor pool is located in the basement. there is also a good sized gym available. don't forget about the art program that provides free access to kunsthalle wien with your room key.

The breakfast buffet had a great selection. the omelette station was amazing. The chef was really nice. i had drinks at the you restaurant. It's very trendy (but i preferred the traditional spots!).

stephanie at reception provided really good service, assisting with check-in and anticipating my needs. the staff at the breakfast buffet were really lovely and remembered my coffee order. everyone seemed relaxed and helpful during the holidays (it really made a difference!).
